Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Anderson Industry ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Anderson Industry is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Anderson Industry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty Coverage
Anderson Industry warrants that all filters sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty applies for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Premature failure under normal operating conditions
- Incorrect labeling or packaging issues
What is Not Covered
- Improper installation or use outside of intended applications
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance
- Modifications or use with incompatible parts
Remedy
If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Anderson Industry will, at its discretion, either:

Replace the defective product with a new one, or

Refund the purchase price of the product.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item and issue a replacement or refund.
